I am not sure whether it would come up as a residential number or not, but to make sure why don't you perform a reverse unlisted number lookup at http://reversecellphonesearcher.com ?
References :
a payphone is not counted as a residential number by the phone company.

The problem is that with the number of landline and mobile phones is that you can have several phone numbers that are exactly the same, with the only difference being the area code. So if your call log shows only a 7 digit number and you do a reverse look up, then it may turn up a residential phone number more often than not.
