Are there any places online what will supply me with a free cell phone lookup service. Every one I have tried so far has lied to me and not given the service free. Why say it is free when it is not?

If they have the details for your number they will supply you with the state of which the phone number is from for free. Any more info including name and address they will incur a fee.
Cell phone lookup services are hard to find.Most services are for landlines.

You have to find a legitimate reverse cell phone lookup site and then pay for that information. There are no truly free sites as cell phone records are NOT public records. To get the information requires that records searches be performed by a legitimate agency and they DO charge for this. You will find all kinds of sites that claim to be "free" but all you will get for free is the city and state. I have tried my personal cell phone number in many of these sites and they do not give correct info even at that. They usually come back and tell me that it is a landline number, which I know it is not

There aren’t any free sites that will let you do that. The reason the site charges you is because they have to pay for that information.
I found a site that provides accurate information on the cell phone owner. It’s a paid site, though. It’s worth it if you need the information.
