I had someone call me from a cell phone that came up as unlisted. Can you reverse lookup a cell phone number for free? I see a lot of cell phone number lookup sites but they all seem to charge for the service.

You’ll find out the owner information of any phone or cell phone in 1 minute. They are number one reverse phone lookup site in internet. You can try it with your own number to test.

I don’t know what phone service you have, but I know verizon has their own Reverse Number look-up.

Im not sure if it’s free, but it might be.
Using *69 won’t work on cell phones.
If you’re really concerned about it, or just want to know the number, or just have it blocked, call your cell phone company. It’ll be a little difficult to ask them to block it since you don’t have a number for them, but I’m sure they have a way to trace it. Try that and see if it works, otherwise, you can’t really find the number unless you pay for the service.
Hope this helps!
